To promote ethical leadership at all levels of Solomon Islands society.

Mission
The mission of Leadership Solomons is four-fold, as follows:

To educate Solomon Islanders to be better ethical leaders.
To offer specific training (and mentoring & internships) programs in ethical leadership to identified leaders, emerging leaders and within communities.
To undertake appropriate applied research on Solomon Islands leadership; particularly in public, indigenous and community contexts.
To offer appropriate needs-based service to communities; including the facilitation of seminars, advice and consultancies to government, church, school, and village communities.
