History & BackgroundBeginning with only 5 in 2005, the VUW Pacific Leadership Cluster has grown to 50+ members from across the university and includes Pacific, Maori and international students and staff. Some have returned to and now reside in their home countries or in places outside of Wellington. The Cluster is open to all (not just VUW students, staff or former students) who are interested in learning to be better leaders.
The VUW Pacific Leadership Cluster focuses on developing people as leaders through establishing and sustaining mentoring relationships with and amongst members.
The VUW Pacific Leadership Cluster was established by Kabini Sanga and Cherie Chu, staff members of Victoria University of Wellington.
